Still hasn't been fixed. Grey Talon can become completely invulnerable to any source of damage several seconds after he uses his ult; Targeted skills such as Bebop's bomb also don't work, as if Talon's hitbox just disappeared. The slowing visual effect is visible around the character when Mystic Slow is used on him. However, in the TAB stats, movement speed isn't decreased, neither the hero seems to be slowed. Video attached with comparison of Slowing Hex and Mystic Slow.
