I figured out the cause - my pirated copy of Factorio. Not sure why this is the case, but it's replicable.

I'm quite fond of this hero. But I hope her 2's stomp gets fixed soon.

"All Heroes" should still show all commends that you have gotten. Also, even individual heroes don't show them properly. I played as Lady Geist and got 4 commends, but my stats on display 2.

While I don't want Calico to be nerfed into the ground, but still think she needs refinement, especially her statues. Same applies to Fathom, but to even greater extent.
