On Holliday, purchase Split Shot, throw Powder Keg, shoot keg. Explosion triggers per bullet that hits the barrel. Extreme damage, very broken, on live servers now.

Was kicked multiple times in a row during the steam outage that just happened. Eventually was able to rejoin after the servers stabilized. Now I can not play.
