An odd message shows up when mousing over the tooltip for Kelvin's dome during the ult itself. This only occurs while the ult is active, it looks fine any other time. Other skills do not seem to be affected.

I've had a recurring issue ever since the recent graphics overhaul that occurs after about two hours of play, usually late in a second game or early in a third game. I get incredibly bad hitches that last for just under a second and occur every 10 seconds or so. Please see clip below from match...

Sounds a lot like what I'm experiencing. About to post my own bug report, but does it look like this? Late 2nd game or early 3rd game this always happens (stutters at 2 seconds, 12 sec, 29 sec, and 40 seconds in of clip). Only fix seems to be close and reopen the game.
