Crazy options for this is to dual wield:
Berserker (+100% weapon damage after taking 1200 damage to hp)
Healbane (if it stacks the anti-heal then it's 80% anti heal, otherwise just 700hp on kill stacking)
Healing Booster (30% anti heal resistance, 50% healing increase is insane)

It already exists if you want to use refresher in a punch and hook combo lol
But really you can just counter triple bomb with ethereal shift or debuff remover then, or play heroes that have immunity frames on some of their abilities.
Fair enough, the lack of ammo capacity and fire rate following after the active is a big enough trade off I suppose.
Wanted a sort of overheat effect where after firing so fast you slow down a bit after from overheating your gun or whatever, but probably not needed.
My item Idea is an upgrade to Ammo Scavenger that focuses mostly on gun build utility while being a spirit item.

Making an item all about parrying penalize you for parrying (smaller parry window) seems like it's not worth buying into.
0.2s longer stun on the enemy for half parry window duration is a really really bad trade-off.
