With regards to private threads, we players can't view anything in the private threads but we can still make posts in them? I only see this public Bug Report Thread and don't really see a private version.

Straightforward bug that is easy to replicate. If you use Pocket's Satchel (3) it will show a range indicator for the AOE damage it will do. Satchel will hit targets a little bit beyond the indicator (targets are entirely outside the range of the indicator).

Shooting a Shiv with Siphon Bullets will show the 45 spirit damage from Siphon Bullets be reduced down to 31 by Shiv's Bloodletting passive (30% incoming damage deferred). However, checking Shiv's max HP will show that he in fact lost 45 max HP. The damage numbers are misleading.
