I have same exact one. I would make sure you update your motherboard bios to include the 0x129 microcode and if it persists like it did for me, request an RMA for the chip.
My 2 cents.
Are you on 13th or 14th gen Intel? Happened to me. Literally ended up getting an RMA. There is a new bios update with microcode that would prevent the chip from damage. But once it is damaged, it needs replaced.
