I have the same issue. It's not every game, but it is most games. It manifests like this for me as well; entire network connection is resetting. No other game causes this issue; can stream videos, etc. no problem

If zoomed in on Vindicta's 4 while being stunned, Vindicta will come out of the stun still zoom'd in, but out of scope/skill. Right clicking does not undo the zoom in.
