I just managed to fix it. I entered Test Hero mode and, when exiting, instead of just leaving the hero test area, a prompt appeared to abandon the match with a 5-second countdown. I clicked abandon, and it seems I didn’t get any penalty. Now the play button is back and everything is working again.

Earlier today, I got disconnected during a match. Since then, the "Rejoin" button has been stuck on my main menu, but clicking it doesn’t reconnect me to the match. That game happened hours ago, yet I’m still “in” it according to the client. Because of this, I can’t leave the match or queue for...
