crosshair options attached + its inconsistent, you might spawn with blurred one and it might be normal, but it might get blurred after a while in game. No idea what causing it

Crosshair bug, been in the game for a very long time. When in normal position(standing, running) it is blurry but gets clear when the hero is sliding, gets blurry again when you stop pressing ctrl in slide. Also outline cannot be removed even though it is turned off everywhere. Screenshots...

Cant say the exact time yet, there is no replay, but it happened close to the end of the match, 4-6 players crashed only on our team Match ID:26801239
