Hi everyone, can anyone help me with the "Low Matchmaking Priority" issue? I logged into the game on September 11th and saw a red message saying "Low Matchmaking Priority." I haven't even played since September 5th. I tried to remove the red message myself, and it says "Twenty-three matches to play and win," but as far as I understand, it's impossible to win. What should I do? Where should I go?

всем привет кто может помочь с проблемой с Низкий приоритет подбора матча я зашла в игру, 11 сентября и увидела красную надпись Низкий приоритет подбора матча , я даже не играла с 5 сентября , попыталась сама снять красную табличку там написано двадцать три матча сыграть победных но там как я поняла невозможно победить . что мне делать - куда мне обратиться?
