Melee definitely isn't weak, It's a little op right now, if anything they should make it so you have to commit to a heavy punch and only minimally let you change direction. The rest of the movement is momentum based so its weird that you can 180 during a heavy punch.

This would be hilarious on infernus with echo shard, just become a flame dash spamming midget, nearly untouchable.

This is a really cool idea, I could see it being busted on heroes like paradox or lash, I think it would need an internal cd to avoid abuse by characters with stuns because you won't have a chance to parry it.

Maybe put it as a passive on a new character but I like it as an item.

Update, It got installed on the wrong drive and it was shutting down my operating system down somehow.

I got this same exact error, I tried verifying at first, then I did a clean install and a played a game through without crashing once then my next game crashes every 3 minutes.

I've run this on mcginnis a few times and it's nice not having to reload but mcginnis benefits a lot more from active reload because you really shouldn't be trying to melee on her. She has low mobility which makes her vulnerable if she tries to punch things.

This has happened to me a few times and I think it has to do with where the bebop aims right after landing the hook. Honestly I don't think this is a bug but a design decision. Bebop can control where his hooked target goes if he moves his camera fast enough. That bebop was probably just greedy...
