weird slam bug, no clue what caused this interaction

saw some other people saying it wasn't registering against when slamming vindicta and pulling her down either

playing on other regions other than my own causes the mic icon under players when they talk to disappear completely so i have no idea who is talking in game, has happened for a while. dont know if there's a fix or it's just because the game is in alpha. not the end of the world but just kinda...
