Definitely bugged game: 35943832 We where a 5 stack + 1 (lash). Matchmaker ranked us at Eternus even though most of us are oracle. Enemy team was mostly Eternus players.

The ability does not provide another charge for Flame Dash. Rapid Recharge only gives +1 charge instead of +2 for only Flame Dash.
