Maybe you're placed in the wrong rank, just my opinion, make new account, you will be placed in the lowest rank at first, so everyone there isn't on your rank, hold your temper, stop gloating so no one will report you and just play well, if you manage to perform well in the first 20 matches...

Ask yoshi about the report disabled thing on discord, he usually answer how that stuff works in discord, if you lucky tho. I assume report only replenished 1 report per week according to your post, but it should be like dota2 where it replenish based on how many game you played.
