Jumping onto a pre-existing thread for this - this happened to me as well and in the same circumstances. I died while teleporting (you can see the bats spawn as I die), and for the next life I was invisible to all players until I used teleport again. Match ID 39401483.

Weakening Headshot
Headhunter
Spirit Rend
Cripping Headshot
It does not apply bonus headshot damage, and it does not apply the 2x fixation scaling that comes with headshots normally.
