if you copy victor ult and you proc it by dying right as your sinclair copy duration is running out you get stuck in a ghost state. you need to be in the reviving phase when the copy duration ends to reproduce the bug.
found the reason, happens everytime if you proc the victor ult as your sinclair copy duration is nearing the end. if it ends while you are reviving you get stuck in that state.
