While imbuing an ability with Frostbite Charm, I hit cancel to change which item I wanted to swap out with the new item. This caused both the item I was replacing with Frostbite Charm as well as the Frostbite Charm itself to be lost. 53954711 Playing as Victor at the beginning of the 5th round.

No error message is displayed. The game will load, and sometimes get to the splash screen before dropping. It will happen 3-4 times in a row before letting me in. I've attached the dump files from today of it happening.
