Shiv has 0 bullet resist, i have 34 bullet dmg. Sometimes i deal 34 dmg(full ignoring the passive), orhers i deal 25.

it is in the name, AP rounds ignore shiv dmg delay and deal 100% of bullet dmg.

Do you have any mods installed? If you do it is bcs of them.

Tbh, I want "allow canceling abilities with ability key" to be hero specific

the reason for that is bcs they can jump during their ult
