Solved mine after realising it was after updating the Nvidia Drivers with Afterburner running. It messed up my max power draw. Setting my Power Limit to 100 again solved the issue.

Nope, no memory leaks at my end. Fps tanked from 144 to 35 in sandbox RTX 3080 i5 12400 Latest Nvidia drivers released in October.

Kaspersky antivirus asked me to allow the game my bypass the firewall just to work.

Mine has dropped from 144fps to 30+ probably because I've more settings turned on. I'm taking a break till this is fixed. I've also tried going to the lowest setting and my FPS is still pretty low.
