I was able to requeue by entering test mode on a hero, then leaving the test map. Interestingly, "someone has abandoned/safe to leave"...

Encountering this for the first time today as well. Previous game ended (player on opposing team abandoned). Relaunched a few hours...

game kicked me at the end of the game, the game finished hours and it still says rejoin, doesnt let me do anything else i tried deleting...
