I just played a Ranked game in which I got "stuck" in the game AFTER the Victory and stats screen already appeared. Match ID 28625622.
I was able to manually exit the game instead of clicking "Abandon" as the game threatened me with a penalty for Abandoning.

This just happened to me too! I just decided to not click the abandon, and instead Closed the game manually. After about 5 minutes the "Abandon Game" on the title screen turned back into "Play". I think a mini patch just dropped too, so maybe related?
