This is brilliant, I think the only thing that would be pretty busted in game would be the passive ability. I think something to do with ability 3 having a pin add extra resist reduction to his passive as it would be a flat 5 second extra reduction instead of 20% total for just being there lol...
I live in the middle east, I want to play europe servers and I do so via VPN. However I had 11 net positive winstreak and didn't move from asc 1 I figured this is because the game thinks I am region locked to Asia(top1k is asc1). The difference in ping is around 10-20 so I don't know why...
