okay, updating nvidia drivers helped me a lot, if you have the same problem, check out if your drivers are obsolete

Every time I try to find a match (even if it's a hero sandbox), I'm waiting on the download screen for 2-3 minutes, I'm always loaded into the match the latest. After the update came out, I stopped being connected to matches at all after a long wait, it kicked me out on the main menu
