Most flat +ammo buffs were removed with the shop overhaul, but Kinetic Dash still has one with its temporary ammo buff. The temporary ammo it gives you also increases your max ammo count, and this buff is affected by buffs that increase your max ammo by a percentage.

Cool idea, though a big part of the utility is to catch runners and if the slow has falloff it becomes much less effective against runners. Wouldn't be opposed to having this on just the turrets.
