Hi, on a miss of Celeste's ult the text says it should only go into cooldown for 50% of the full duration. Reguardless of hit or miss the magician cooldown is the same (as if it was hit).

Got matched into a server where I have 200+ ping. Shouldn't happen as I live next to the servers and average <20ping. Independent tests have indicated my connection is fine so appears to be a matchmaking bug. https://i.redd.it/0k2o3u0x85ye1.png Match ID:35323507
