As Abrams, if you Shoulder Charge someone but you don't crush them into a wall (THEYRE NOT STUNNED), after the charge ends they will stand in rooted in-place for a short time before regaining the ability to move. Seems like a bug that shouldn't be in the game.

Pretty solid kit! If you'd like to go further, I'd try to make an interesting character + theme around this; i.e., who is Colt? What is his lore? What is his wish from the patron? Overall great job
