Bug:
The Spellslinger change that just dropped does not consider landing a Bebop Hook on an enemy hero to be the start of Combat.
This results in 1/2 or 1/3rd of the Spellslinger stacks from a full Hook/Bomb/Uppercut/Actives combo, compared to the previous patch.

Interesting Note: If you phase through the Infernus, but then collide with a wall, it still stun him as if the Shoulder Charge was working normally (he's just 10 meters behind you because it doesn't properly carry him with you).
