I was rank E3 and I get placed back to back A4 games where it's impossible to play with the team, game is over at laning phase. MID: 73972611 MID: 73983420 Not the first time I've been put in games that average far below my own rank and are completely one sided.

I think a new feature is that you have to enable it in options under the "Options\Game" tab.
