Can also back this up, ran into the same bug except when being CC'd by wraith ult. Also RAM usage shot up to 9GB being used by deadlock exe which slowly returned to normal over the course of a minute.

If you use your ult on an enemy inside their spawn (on top of the stairs/ramp) you can swap with them and be unable to leave due to an invisible barrier which results in you just getting melted by spawn defences. Match 3069264 around the 30:00 mark.
