Haze ult doesn't seem to respect fire rate as would be expected. Instead, after passing certain breakpoints the firerate appears to kick in. It appears to happen every +50% fire rate (after accounting for the +20% from the ult itself). So only after passing +30% and then again at +80% fire rate...

Unsure if this is intended or not, but Mystic Reverb extra damage proc appears to not apply if the ability fully kills the enemy. Tested in the hero sandbox and if the skill kills the enemy, nearby enemies do not take the damage. It does apply early if you land the ability then finish off the...
