None of your arguments are valid so far because there isn't a cheater, only thing i agree on is matchmaking is horrendous sometimes, but Valve is bleeding this game off slowly it feels like. A suggestion you could post is a team forfeit button if someone hasn't already.

I just watched this entire replay because I've been struggling with a Holliday build. The person who you mention does not appear to be a cheater at all. They are a good player that has like a 15-20% accuracy with headshots. Their Yamato was greatly helping in the beginning, and the dude left...

If Holiday lands next to enemies after jumping on a level 3 charged pad and the enemies are in the air, Holiday's blast does not stun them. I had an instance where I landed at the front left side of a truck, and a Shiv was jumping over the cab but was not stunned while within my blast radius...

Match ID: 27825102 Server was so laggy I couldn't claim my own souls while constantly firing at them and other player in the lane just fed off melee. Minions were bouncing all around as well. My own ping was <35ms but seemed to be server issues.

If casting Project Mind and you get interrupted by a enemy stun, die, or similar, the ability is not consumed. If you do the same for Telekinesis but the enemy dies/disappears before lifting, Telekinesis is consumed even if it never touches an enemy. Is this intentional?
