I couldn't self cast even with disabling quickcasting.
Some items can't be quick cast.
What let me self cast was holding down the self cast button, and then using the item.
Frustrating, and I've had to leave multiple games due to me thinking my items weren't working correctly.
Have quick casting disabled on my items, still unable to self cast Healing Rite.
Changing the options does not fix.
Some items cannot be quickcast regardless of settings.
