Whole debuff duration lasts 12s. For the first 3.75s enemies are silenced and have visual effect applied but after silence ends there is no visual effect for the rest of the debuff - Spirit Snap.
Solution would be to give Spirit Snap visual effect after silence ends.
I have tested Scarabs on default Infernus, stole 100 health.
Right before the debuff expired Infernus had 356 health out of 500. We can see in the image below I even got the perfect frame where the debuffed already expired.

The extra damage while using Rain of Arrows doesn't scale at all with +% Weapon Damage.
I have tested it with Sharpshooter and Basic Magazine.
Basic Magazine (+15% and +6%) didn't increase the damage of the +9 Weapon damage.

Improved Reach is able to increase conditions of items like Hunter's Aura from 15m to 18.8m yet for Point Blank and Sharpshooter it doesn't increase their range.

Items like Restorative Locket when used during abilities like Burrow won't let you choose target. It will tho use it on anyone who is near your cursor.
It skips the part where you can choose yourself or see who you are targeting.
