It also seems to reset after a minute or two passes, assuming you can live long enough for that to happen given that you can't see or shoot properly in the interim.

I can post match id's if needed but its very easy to reproduce, has happened to me at least twice in every single game I've played today. Apparently exiting the ult early for any reason, including cancelling, will reproduce the camera bug/shooting inaccuracy bug.
