the new item passive says that it gives you fire rate and weapon damage for successfully quick reloading but the items stats say it gives you bullet lifesteal as it did previously with no mention of weapon damage modification.
Example: Vindicta is able to channel Flight(2) as she picks up the urn and fly it to the middle
