This one is a BIG problem one, but there are other few minor ones around that potentially don't cause any problems.

One such example - also possible with Pocket and perhaps a few other characters.

voice_always_sample_mic 1 does appear to have resolved this! I can hear myself now using voice_loopback 1. There is, however, no mic indicator on the UI (from others footage, I can see one did exist, but it doesn't show on my end.)

In the new Setting screen (as per 4176) I can see it detects my mic, and its inputs correctly. After selecting my mic, pressing any of my PTT buttons no longer does anything.

Yup, boosted my mic to maximum, nothing happens, but it is extraordinarily loud in the Steam overlay. I will note, previously, the PTT button *did* work, but it caused my game to lag really intensely for quite some time, even despite no longer holding it down. Not sure when it stopped working...

No particular match ID - doesn't work in any mode. Validated my audio settings in the Steam interface - audio is being picked up from microphone. Push-to-Talk buttons are assigned (T and Y, for team and party chat respectively), but pressing either button results in nothing happening. No error...

Match ID 10973, same thing

Most items with a cooldown attached to them have a rotating indicator for their cooldown. Headshot Booster is missing this.

I think part of the reason for this is Metal Skin is a tier 3 item, but Unstoppable (which doesn't entirely prevent Spirit damage) is a tier 4 and doesn't entirely stop spirit damage, so spirit currently scales longer than bullets.
