No it doesn't. When the game is minimized but the computer is actively used it will not show up for however long the queue takes.
When the computer is not actively used it will light up after like 5 minutes.
I think this feature has issues. It does work as intended but its kinda creepy.
Y'all have no business knowing if I am at my computer or not.
Please limit it to only knowing if I am active inside the game or not.
