match id: 66042836 i dont have a screenshot because i didnt expect this to happen but at the start of the game the enemy greytalon disconnected instantly and the match was canceled and safe to leave. but the enemy mina stayed and ended the game which somehow made it count as a loss on my match...

Has all the effects of slowing bullets ofc, but as a bonus provides +15% fire rate and when applying the slow you now gain the movespeed that was reduced from the enemy. this can only affect one enemy and priotizes the enemy with the highest movespeed that you have slowed.
