i'm surprised it even launched on a GT 630 So the visual glitches that you're seeing are your gpu missing the directx extensions needed to render the game.

set mat_fullbright to 0 in the dev console it should fix itself when joining a normal game because you need to have sv_cheats set to 1 to change mat_fullbright
