No you need to get an uncorrupted pak from someone else, reinstalling doesn't fix it when it becomes corrupted.

Which pak would be corrupted if you don't mind me asking? And where can I get that pak? Is that really the source of it?

Already verified the game and installed the game numerous amounts of times, had no mods too and it would still crash.
