I would assume that they get automatically flag for leaving the game. You get a lot of people complaining about being punished from leaving. I wouldn't stress much about leavers

We can't send invites. If you open Deadlock, you can find your personal invite in the bottom right in the main menu

I get your point, that changing the name shouldn't reset the ranking. But in your case, resetting the rating makes sense, since it's a new version (20.09). Making a new build makes more sense, and keeping the older version as is.

Weird problem. Might be a windows issue with the game. If you're willing, try turning off "real time protection on windows" and/or antivirus see if it still happens. Don't forget to turn it back on

Do "Verify Integrity of game files" on Steam. It should fix it
