When parrying on top of rejuv stone with counterspell, an ally with spirit strike will trigger counterspell when they punch the rejuv during the counterspell parry.
Doesn't happen when meleeing anything else as far as I can tell, heroes, guardians, bridge buffs.

During the Arctic Blast freeze, all damage should be increased. But for Holiday's Crackshot, the damage numbers aren't right. The math indicates that Blast only increases the damage of the base headshot damage and not the additional Crackshot damage.
Bump. Ten months on and this behaviour is still present. It appears to be something about having too much debuff reduction when siphon bullets is removed/expires. Seems like if you have more than 50% debuff reduction, you don't get the stolen health back upon expiration.
Normally when Siphon Bullets expires your max and current health are returned to you.
If you have specifically Silencer and Debuff Remover in combination when Siphon Bullets expires, you will not have any health returned to you.
Having either one alone will preserve expected behaviour...
