Cannot recreate this bug, but several times when I have been playing kelvin over the past few weeks the bombs do not register. This even happens when I throw them at my feet, intending to heal the group but nothing happens, or even worse I throw them at an enemy and nothing happens.

When casting Rabbit Hex on Calico when she is in "Ava" form will not hit the cat. Saw this in game assumed it just wouldn't hit the cat because it was hovering above the cat similar to Mo and Krill underground, but when the cat jumps the spell hits and turns Calico into a rabbit.
