Bebop T3 Uppercut Upgrade triggers when Counterspelled
Personally I think it makes for an inconsistency with the ability of Counterspell. From my opinion if I Counterspell an ability, it should be treated as if that ability missed or was cancelled, since the wording specifically is that you are protected from the "damage and effects" of the ability...- Nitroholic

Bebop T3 Uppercut Upgrade triggers when Counterspelled
Very easy to replicate, Bebops T3 upgrade on Uppercut will activate (reset the cooldown of Hook to 0 seconds) even if the Uppercut is Counterspelled.- Nitroholic
