First visual glitch, not sure what caused this, but I got it after my death (maybe because I pressed ultimate right before I died). Match ID: 18387335 (~41 min into the game) Then there's audio glitch that stuck with me: Match ID: 17735024 (not sure what time its started)

I have this when I get parried as well. I didnt had casual concussion visual blur but instead had this. I think some visual filters broke and this is a template. Because I remember Haze have some sort of visual effect on your screen when she ults.

Rewatched video again. Even on long stretches (Yamato beginning, there's a bit movement of mouse). But through out the video, Vindicta just have a slow mouse movement. It is like they playing at low sensitivity
