Yup. As someone who mains Bebop this still happens quite regularly. It can ruin a fight big time! So yeah, spamming the button is the way to go :D It will get fixed in time though, for sure.

I think this is kind of the same bug as entering Hero Sandbox at the moment a match is found. Until it is solved you'd be best alt-tab and do something else while waiting for a match...

+1 I tested using another key for alternate cast, and that worked normally. This issue is indeed only with right click. This is having some other weird results as well. For instance with Dynamo: If I want to teleport myself + allies I now have to hold right click, then hit ability button...
