it's because people are aware there's a secret client, mostly NA players have access to. it's where they actually do testing and feedback so hero labs is pointless now.

It would be great if there was a way the matchmaking wouldn't be putting a very balanced comp against say 5 squishy characters, eg any of Kelvin/Dynamo could've been swapped to our team by the matchmaker for example, and if they were duo I'd rather wait longer queue time than match unevenly on...
