it just stays here, as you can see here i tried to screenshot as the animation starts to show I can use it despite it not being "fully charged" visually. my 1 is always always here, never going past this point when I take damage. makes the hero kinda unplayable. obviously tried reinstalling etc...

and it's really annoying i'm actually leaving games bc of it
