For whatever reason, Holliday's Bounce Pad blocks and can become "entangled" by Silver's bola (3).

Yeah, neither the passive nor the imbued lifesteal is tracked, and it doesn't show up at end game stats.

It seems to apply once you hit a headshot, or at least the lifesteal does. The upgrade also works as a debuff on the *target* rather than a buff on the user like the old version did, which seems to contradict what the changelog implied about the change. I don't know if this is intended or not.
