I still Can't find a game any News on what's the cause

I Live I South Africa and since ranked came out i am unable to find any Game Casual or ranked

I Also tried Queueing for Bot but the game keeps crashing I have no reports or anything

After the South African servers launched, queue timers got longer and longer. It is now at a point where I can't find a game at all.
